ABOUT
The Whatcom Beer and Wine Foundation (AKA Whatcom Northwest Wine Festival) is a federally recognized 501©3 nonprofit organization. It started as a family foundation and has grown, adding events and expanding our Board and reach. The Whatcom Beer and Wine Foundation works to promote the Northwest’s beer and wine industries by organizing community-based fundraising festivals including the Bellingham Northwest Wine Festival and the Bellingham Beer and Music Festival. Net proceeds from these fundraising events are distributed to human, social service, and health organizations in the greater Whatcom County area.

Wine Festival
Our 5th annual Festival takes place in the Grand Ballroom at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Bellingham. We feature up to 60 different wineries from the Pacific Northwest along with six restaurants from Whatcom County. It’s a great opportunity to meet winemakers, have a nosh or two, and sample an amazing selection of wines!
Beer Festival
The Whatcom Beer and Wine Foundation is working on several new beer-related events in 2020 featuring Northwest breweries. More details to come!
