Northwest Youth Services collaborates with at-risk, runaway and homeless youth to foster self-reliance.  Since 1976, Northwest Youth Services has been the doorway to safety and the pathway to progress for thousands of young lives. Much has changed in our communities during those years. What has not changed is our commitment to supporting the uniqueness of each youth served.

YWCA Bellingham


For over 100 years, YWCA Bellingham has provided safe housing for women.  As an active partner in the Whatcom Homeless Services Center, the YW houses 36 women who would otherwise be living on the street.  Each day, the mission of the YWCA is to get up and do the work of social justice, working to eliminate racism and empower women and girls.

Alzheimer’s Association - Team Joy

The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. Their mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
